With the new farms, the traditional Spanish varieties portfolio of Largueta, Marcona and Valencias was increased and completed with a wide range of late blooming varieties with guaranteed absence of bitter almonds that can fit each application the market needs. Spanish crackers can offer both a mixture of this late blooming varieties, that is like Valencias but with guaranteed absence of bitter almonds, and different monovarietals, for example soleta (very similar to largueta), Lauranne, Vairo, Guara, Marinada, Constant, Penta, Belona etc.
